Respond to a review request

This procedure applies to files sent using the Mail Recipient (for Review) command.

When a reviewer sends a review request, the file will be included as an attachment, as a link, or both. How you respond to the request will depend on the location of the file.

Do one of the following:

Show Review and return a file sent as an attachment

Open the attached file, and make your changes.
When you're done making your changes, click Reply with Changes on the Reviewing toolbar.

Show Review a linked file

Click the link.
Use the Reviewing toolbar to make your changes, or use the Web Discussion toolbar to add comments.
Once you've completed your review, do one of the following:
If the file is on a discussion server, click Reply with Changes in the Web Discussion toolbar.

If the file is in a shared location, click Reply with Changes on the Reviewing toolbar.
